Christmas Cookies 2015

I had some helpers in the Kitchen this year... Both in person and Via the internet.... Instead of laboring over sugar cookies- I took a page from Pinterest and bought the seasonal White Chocolate Covered Oreo's .  They were the perfect canvas for our creations...  I used some of these links for inspiration- Thanks!   Cookie Snow Globes, Oreo Mickey's and had some fun helpers in the kitchen to make it all the more fun!  Thanks Kids- You did a great job!!!

Lil Pumpkin

My cousins Sweet Lil' Pumpkin turned one and we had a great family gathering to celebrate. There were many loving detail including pictures of the birthday girl all throughout the room and lots of cute pumpkins and orange decorations. My cousin made a great story board for her first year and it matched beautifully with the pumpkin themed cake!  I love it when a good plan comes together!
Great job Jess! The party was a great success. It is always good to see families together, kids playing and everyone smiling...

Behind the scenes look....

All of the "Pieces" ready to dry overnight...  I made way too many pendants and circles... I just kept going and going when I clearly didn't need this many...

I was thankful for a safe transport and cake delivery... No cake wrecks! Yeah!

Minion cookies

The Girl Scouts are having a bake sale... These minion cookies will hopefully rival the thin mints that are coming later in the year and help raise money for their trip to Savannah...

Sweet 9th Birthday

Our super sweet Lindsey Turned 9 on Saturday... She asked for a Kit Kat Brownie "cake" with Fondant M & M's (since she doesn't really like regular M&M's and she doesn't like cake so she got brownies... ) I made her Custom brownie topped with L&L's made out of Fondant ...  This was a fun cake to make.  Thanks to Cupcake Addition for the video tutorial...It was surprising easy to do...

Happy Happy Birthday to this beautiful, sweet cherub....

Baby Mickey

I pulled out my Mickey Cookie Cutters from Disney to help a friend out with a Mickey Themed Baby shower....   There were Mickey's everywhere... Even inside the cupcakes!  I used Ann Reardon's How to cook that You Tube Video She is one of my new favorite websites!

 Cookie Flooding.

50th Birthday Cake Inferno

Surprised a good friend with a 50th Birthday inferno cake...  It seemed like a good idea at the time- Make a cake that looks like candle wax melting all over, then add  ~50 + real candles lite them all and see what happens :)  The cake inspiration came from Cookie Cake and Cardio's You Tube Channel
we just changed the color's up a little bit... Glad we didn't need to use the fire extinguisher...

4th of July

I used Ann Reardon's You Tube Video on  How to cook that Video.  I took a few pictures of the steps below.  It was easier then I thought it would be, which was great! For the icing I put three individual bags of icing inside a larger bag and used the 1M tip to swirl the top with festive 4th of July colors.  Fourth of July Fun!

Allison's wonderland

To celebrate Allison's 30th birthday their back yard was transformed into Allison's wonderland...    I made two cakes because we needed two flavors of course... Chocolate and Rainbow Vanilla...   And this way I didn't have to stack the cakes I could just worry about one layer of cake traveling up to the Pocono's...

This cake fell apart a little after the car journey...  Her leg broke and the fondant started coming off the side... Bummer...

Here are the pieces

The Hooka smoking Caterpillar...
Alice falling...
The Tree.  I was really trying to not make it look like poop but Fondant colored brown just looks like poop no matter what you do...

I used my CopyKake to trace the image of the ChesterShire Cat.  The first one I made was too small so i tried again...
Had a fun time at the birthday party.... Great Job Party Planner and executionists...
