Bon Jovi T-Shirt Cake
Has it really been three months since I made a cake? Yikes...
This cake had an element of audience participation, which is always fun... Everyone at the party Autographed the Bon Jovi T-shirt and share birthday wishes for Denise- who is an amazing Mom, friend, photographer, creative force and overall awesome person.

4th of July Goodies
My Aunt held her annual 4th of July picnic and as usual, it was a blast... I made a cake to help celebrate all of the July Birthdays. I also made some cookie pops. The recipe is dangerously simple. You need two items- A pack of any cookies and a bar of cream cheese. I made three different flavor of cookie-Birthday Cake Oreos', Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Chips AHoy and Nutter Butter. Grind the cookies up using a food processor and then mix in the softened cream cheese. Chill the dough. Once chilled, roll into balls, dip in white chocolate coating and you are done... Supper good and dangerous to have around the house....

Watson Graduations
Paul's Nieces graduated this year- one from College one from High School. Christine played softball for the St. Bonaventure Bonnies. Her cake featured a turf field, the Bonnie logo as well as Bona Billy- the black Squirrel. Laura's Florida themed cake is in recognition of her acceptance to Florida Southern University. This cake helped everyone get a sense of what part of Florida we will all be visiting each winter over the next four years :) .
